After a successful corporate career, Yapincak took on her biggest challenge in 2013 and established her own advisory and coaching business. Since its early days, she has continued to expand the business internationally, mainly in EMEA. Within three years she moved the business to London and currently works with leaders across a wide range of sectors and businesses.

She has twenty years in senior marketing roles with P&L responsibility in listed private sector multinationals and European leadership teams. She has a strong track record of growing businesses and brands in many sectors from consumer products through lubricants to banking.

Yapincak has served as a Board Apprentice for a year on Fidelity European Values Plc., a constituent of the FTSE 250 index on the London Stock Exchange in 2019-20. She has been a Governor with Harris Academy Battersea. She is currently a Trustee with an international healthcare charity, Hospices of Hope, since 2019.

She is part of the Executive Coaching Faculty at IMD Business School and is an Executive Coach on The Marketing Academy UK-Emea, USA and APAC Fellowship Programs. She has also mentored start-up founders, marketers, women in business, and school leaders under various platforms such as Mayor’s International Business Program (a.k.a. Grow London) by London & Partners, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Turkish Women’s International Network, and Inspiration for All.
